1. Educational Services & Enrollment
ThePDH provides online continuing education courses and pre-packaged study curricula designed to assist licensed Professional Engineers, Structural Engineers, and Land Surveyors in satisfying their state continuing professional competency (CPC) requirements.
2. Course Completion & Quiz Verification
To receive an official Certificate of Completion awarding Professional Development Hours (PDH), learners must:
- Personally review the instructional study materials.
- Complete the evaluation quiz with a passing grade of 80% or greater.
- Confirm that all licensing information submitted is accurate and represents the individual licensee.
In accordance with state ethics rules and board statutes, another individual may not take quizzes or complete coursework on behalf of a licensed engineer.
3. 100% Board Acceptance Guarantee & Refund Policy
If any course or package purchased through ThePDH is disallowed or rejected by a U.S. state engineering licensing board during a renewal audit, ThePDH will issue a prompt 100% refund of the purchase price upon submission of the board notification letter.
4. Unlimited Annual Pass Terms
The Unlimited Annual PDH Pass grants one individual licensee unlimited access to enroll in and complete available courses for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Seats are non-transferable between different individuals.
5. Limitation of Liability
Course materials are developed for educational purposes and do not constitute specific engineering design calculations, project stamps, or formal legal advice. Engineers must exercise independent professional judgement on all engineering projects.
