1. Information We Collect
ThePDH collects information necessary to provide accredited engineering continuing education services and issue legally verifiable Certificates of Completion. This includes:
- Full name, engineering license number(s), and state(s) of licensure.
- Account credentials, corporate affiliation, and email address.
- Course completion timestamps, quiz scores, and certificate issuance records.
- Billing and payment information processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
2. Use of Information & State Board Reporting
Your educational records are retained to maintain permanent accreditation transcripts in case of a state licensing board audit. For states requiring mandatory provider reporting (such as Florida FBPE via the DBPR gateway), we securely submit completion records on your behalf as authorized by your enrollment.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or licensing information to third parties.
3. Data Security & Storage
All data transmissions are encrypted using standard Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3). Educational completion records and Certificate IDs are stored securely in compliance with state record retention mandates (a minimum of 6 years per NCEES guidelines).
