Based on AASHTO's 'A Policy on Geometric Design of Highways and Streets' (Green Book). Civil and transportation engineers will master stopping sight distance (SSD), passing sight distance, horizontal curve radius calculations, spiral transitions, superelevation runoff, crest and sag vertical curve K-values, and roadside safety clear zones.
Learning Objectives
