Course Description
A thorough review of OSHA's Process Safety Management of Highly Hazardous Chemicals standard (29 CFR 1910.119). Chemical and petroleum engineers will master the 14 mandatory PSM elements, lead Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) review sessions using standardized guidewords, evaluate Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA), execute Management of Change (MOC) workflows, and audit mechanical integrity.
Learning Objectives
